I'm Jasmin, and I'm in this season with you. I run my own business, I parent outside the mainstream, and I know exactly what it feels like to lose your spiritual practice somewhere between the toddler run and the next launch.


For 10+ years I've worked as a ThetaHealing teacher, & holistic Ayurveda coach, and what I kept seeing was this: the women doing the most meaningful work in the world are the ones running on empty. We don't need another course. We need alignment. FAST. We need a space to come back to ourselves & our own truths, clear what needs clearing quickly, and then get on with our busy lives.


That's why I created the Mom Power Circle. It's the space I wish existed for me when I stepped back into my business after becoming a mother (who does it differently). Because this is when I noticed that I need my spiritual super power as much as my ambition AND my softness and presence I’ve learned from mothering consciously and outside of the norm. All together to trust in myself and my vision so much that the doubt could never win.
